• In addition, cattle growers are chopping down countless Valley & Rain Forest acreage to create 'Open Grazing Lands' for their cattle. The I.E.E.N.I. Foundation is dedicated to preserve this unique and most important 'Vilcabamba Valley and Ecuadorian Rain Forest.

ECO-TOURISM AND LAND PRESERVATION:

We have financially and economically placed a solid platform for 'Eco Preservation'. This is vital in creating an environment for the 'Vilcabamba Valley and Ecuadorian Rain Forest' as well as for the people who have lived there for centuries!

Presently, there is little education available about how to preserve the Vilcabamba Valley and Rain Forest of Ecuador. We are taking a pro-active position in significantly raise the levels of ecological and environmental awareness. We are committed to a 'call to action' to preserve our planet and it's precious natural resources!

THE DEFINITION of ECO-TOURISM: Unique tours to countries which are solely designated and named by the Eco-Tourism Society! The Eco-Tourism Society specifies that Eco-Tourism is the result of "Responsible Travel to areas which Conserves the Environment and Sustains the Well-being of all Inhabitants and Local People, Animals, Air, Land, Water, Vegetation and Flowers of a Specific Region".
